The reality star has continued to wear sky-high heels into the third trimester of her pregnancy, despite the obvious discomfort.
Over the weekend, she posted an Instagram photo of the marks left on her feet from the Givenchy shoes she wore at a Kardashian Kollection event at Sears.
She captioned the shot, “Swollen feet or a new Givenchy tattoo?”
